    16- Hans Wildorf Bridge

    A beautiful bridge in Geneva built in the memory of the founder of Rolex.

    15- The Bodmer Foundation

    The Bodmer Foundation is a library and museum specialising in manuscripts and precious editions. It is located in Cologny, Switzerland just outside Geneva. We’ve added this to the list of the most instagrammable places in Geneva for its cool architecture and impressive collection.

    14- L'horloge fleurie

    L'horloge fleurie, or the flower clock, is an outdoor flower clock located on the western side of Jardin Anglais park in Geneva, Switzerland.

    Around 6,500 flowering plants and shrubs are used for the clock face, which are changed as the seasons change.

    The clock was created in 1955 as a symbol of the city's watchmakers, and as an appreciation of nature. A photo of L'horloge fleurie is sure to brighten up your Instagram page.

    13- Villa Diodati

    The Villa Diodati  is a mansion in the village of Cologny near Lake Geneva in Switzerland.

    In 2020, the Villa was featured in the BBC science-fiction series Doctor Who, in an episode titled "The Haunting of Villa Diodati". This spot is popular with influencers, locals and tourists alike.

    12- Microcosm

    The Microcosm or CERN Museum is an interactive exhibition presenting the work of the CERN particle physics laboratory in Geneva. It is also a photogenic design building.

    11- Parc Eaux Vives

    Located in the continuity of the La Grange park, the Eaux-Vives park overlooks the lake and the Jura from the top of its lawns and superb trees. It is an impressive place where beauty and nature have courted each other for almost 5 centuries. If your Instagram aesthetic is natural, minimalist or peaceful, you are sure to get some great shots here.

    10- Mount Salève

    Mount Salève oversees Geneva. Easily accessible from Fraser Suites Geneva, you can either hike up or take the cable car. At the top, you can enjoy panoramic views of Geneva on one side and of the Alps on the other side. Instagrammable views? We think so.

    9- The Smurf's Buildings

    You'll discover this unusual housing complex with curved walls and bright colours in the lively Grottes district behind the railway station. There are quirky balconies, wrought iron railings and plenty of insta-worthy photo ops here.

    8- The Ferris Wheel

    If you are visiting during the summertime, be sure to check out The Ferris Wheel. It is located by the lake and offers stunning views of Geneva’s Old Town, Left and Right Banks, as well as the Lake and Jet d’eau. All very insta-worthy locaitons.

    7- Rue de la Corraterie

    Rue de la Corraterie, one of Geneva’s Old Town streets, with its national and cantonal flags, is one of Geneva’s more instagrammable streets.

    6- The Brunswick Monument 

    Built in 1879, the Brunswick Monument is a mausoleum in Jardin des Alpes to commemorate the life of Charles II, Duke of Brunswick. He donated his fortune to Geneva in exchange for a monument to be built in his name, specifying that it should be a replica of the Scaliger Tombs in Verona, Italy.

    5- Mont Blanc

    Mont Blanc, Europe’s tallest mountain, can be admired from Geneva Right Bank, behind Lake Geneva. If you are a fan of landscape photography, this instagrammable spot is for you.

    4- La Jonction

    La Jonction is a neighborhood of Geneva where the Arve River joins the Rhône River. For the nature lovers, you can follow trails along the river. This is also a great opportunity to capture some scenic pictures for Instagram.

    3- Jet d'Eau

    The Jet d'Eau is a large fountain in Geneva and is one of the city's most famous landmarks. Situated where Lake Geneva exits as the Rhône, it is visible throughout the city and from the air, even when flying over Geneva at  altitude.

    Every year, tourists and influencers come from all over the world come to Geneva to admire the Jet d'Eau and its easy to see why.

    2- Broken Chair

    Broken Chair is a monumental sculpture in wood by the Swiss artist Daniel Berset, constructed by the carpenter Louis Genève. It is constructed of 5.5 tons of wood and stands at 12 metres (39 feet) high.

    Created at the request of Handicap International, Broken Chair symbolises opposition to land mines and cluster bombs. One of the best angles to take a photo of the Broken Chair from is by standing in a square opposite the chair’s back. From there, the Broken Chair, country flags and the United Nations will all be in frame.

    1- Carouge

    Carouge is a neighbourhood of Geneva with an Italian atmosphere. Throughout the year, instagrammable artistic installations take place, such as “the River” around Christmas.

    There are also many small boutiques, designers, arts and crafts shops which make Carouge an excellent place for more relaxed shopping. Not to mention, there are Instagram-worthy photo ops around every corner in Carouge.
